Healthy Holiday Snack Dip


Since when did healthy snacks become so awesome?! (we may have had something to do with it... shhhh)

These fun and festive fruit kabobs couldn't be any easier to make - and paired with our Dreamy Creamy Fruit Dip, they couldn't be any more delicious.

Simply piece together (1) large green grape (2) slice of banana (3) small strawberry, hulled and (4) mini marshmallow onto a toothpick, add our irresistible fruit dip, and you're set.

Recipe for our low-glycemic Dreamy Creamy Fruit Dip


8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
6 oz sugar free low fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet Extend Vanilla shake mix


In a med/large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed using an electric mixer, gradually adding the remaining ingredients...until light and fluffy (or desired consistency).

Spoon desired amount into a small serving dish.

Cover remaining fruit dip in airtight container and store in refrigerator.
