This dessert is ready in less than 5 minutes – it should be called EASY Healthy Baked Apple Cinnamon Crunch! The complimentary textures of the soft, warm apple with the rich, creamy cool whip and cinnamony, crunchy topping make this dessert totally irresistible.

Ingredients:

3 medium red apples, cored and sliced
1/2 of an 8 oz tub sugar-free cool whip, thawed
1 bag Extend Cinnamon Crisps, crumbled

Directions:

Microwave apples on high for 3-4 minutes until tender (check for doneness at 3 mins)
Layer cool whip and Crisps in a bowl
Scoop cool whip/Crisps onto "baked" apples and enjoy!
