This overnight oatmeal is so fresh and so good...and SO easy.

Prepare these the night before and wake up to a quick, delicious and satisfying breakfast that's ready to go, and full of blood sugar benefits.

Mix it up with your favorite fruits and keep this as your go-to oatmeal recipe. You'll want to make a few!


2 (6 oz) greek yogurt, vanilla, fat-free
1/2 cup uncooked, old-fashioned oats, divided
1 packet Vanilla Extend Shake mix
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries 


Using a container with a tight-fitting lid, combine 1 (6 oz) yogurt, 1/4 cup oats, and half of the Vanilla Extend Shake mix. Stir in raspberries last (reserving a few for the morning) and refrigerate. Repeat steps for blueberry overnight oatmeal.

Wake up, retrieve your overnight oatmeals, spoon into 4 bowls or glasses, garnish with some fresh fruit on top, eat and be happy!
