This is a healthy recipe that you will want to make again and again...and it's super kid-friendly.
Just mention the word pizza and they'll be lining up to try it!
1 ripe med plantain
½ packet Extend Vanilla protein shake powder
1 Tbsp coconut flour
½ cup liquid egg whites
1 tsp vanilla nut extract
5-7 drops liquid vanilla
½ Tbsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients. Bake in preheated oven, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Instructions for Protein Frosting:
Mix 1 packet Extend Strawberry shake powder with almond milk to desired consistency. Spread generously on top of Protein Plantain Pizza!
