1/2 cup fat-free, sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt
2 Tbsp fat-free sweetened condensed milk (substitute skim milk for less sugar)
1 Tbsp instant coffee granules
1/8 tsp Chinese five-spice powder* (1/4 tsp for stronger flavor)
1 packet Chocolate Extend Shake
Ice cubes
Sugar-free cool whip (optional)

*Chinese five-spice powder can be found at most supermarkets, in the spice aisle.

Combine all ingredients, except cool whip, in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass or mug. Top with cool whip (optional). Savor immediately!
