It's the strawberry shortcake minus the cake. It's easy to make; it's deliciously nutritious. Have it for breakfast, dessert, or an anytime snack.

Ingredients for Sunrise Spread:

1/3 cup skim milk
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, light or fat-free
1 packet Strawberry Extend Shake

Other ingredients:
4-5 medium fresh strawberries, sliced
1 bag Chocolate Dream Extend Drizzles and/or 12 graham cracker squares

Directions:
Prepare the Sunrise Spread by mixing all 3 ingredients together, in a blender or mixing bowl, until smooth and creamy.

Spread generously over graham cracker squares, or replace graham crackers with Chocolate Dream Extend Drizzles (to keep the recipe low-glycemic).

 

Top each No-Cake with a slice of fresh strawberrry, and enjoy immediately!

*The Sunrise Spread can be made ahead of time. Just keep it fresh in a covered, airtight container, and store in refrigerator.
