Whoever said waking up is hard to do hasn't tried our Sunrise Smoothie.

This fresh and fruity smoothie makes preparing diabetic food products easy and delicious.  Made with wholesome ingredients - fresh fruit, yogurt and the Extend Shake mix with its unmatched blood sugar control benefits - this delicious smoothie is a bright start to any day.

1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 1 medium fresh mango, peeled and chopped)
1 small banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup light, fat free yogurt, no sugar added
1 cup orange juice, no sugar added
1 packet Vanilla Extend Shake


Blend together the first four ingredients (mango, banana, yogurt, and juice) until smooth.

Pour in Shake mix and continue blending just a few seconds more.

Wake up, drink up, and bring on the day!

TIP:  Blend in 1 Tbsp flaxseed (milled or ground) for some healthy omega-3's.
